reversed rule Wi-Fi disabled when I leave home. but occasionally deactivates Wi-Fi while at home anyway. still very useful.

Change trigger to a composite AND trigger and add Wifi network disconnected to prevent the rule from being constantly triggered. Using 'Wifi state disabled' as the second argument gives an error for some unknown reason.
Very good rule, however it's always turning on rule even though I'm already connected to my house network. I have several cell towers so cell changes are frequent.
it should trigger only when wifi is not enabled. presently it repeatedly activates when the cell tower is connected even if the location is not changed.
