WiFi on - Home
When the phone detects certain cell towers it will enable WiFi. I have it set so that it detects the cell towers around my house so that when I get home it will connect to my WiFi. This does not use GPS so you don't have to worry about it draining your battery. Search for "WiFi off - Away from Home" to disable WiFi when not connected to the cell towers. Note: it can take a few minutes to pick up all the cell towers around your house so you have to be patient when scanning for cell towers.
