WiFi Off: Depart Home/Work Area

If departing home/work cell area: 1) Wait 5 seconds. (in case of temporary cell drop) 2) If connected to any Wi-Fi network, cancel turning off Wi-Fi. (This prevents turning off Wi-Fi in buildings with no cell signal) 3) If not connected to a Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi. 4) Enable your Wi-Fi-On rule to monitor cell areas.
