When data is on and you turn the screen off, after 5 mins it will turn data off. If you turn on the screen during the 5 mins the progress will be canceled. Besides, it will trigger a rule called Data Auto On When Screen Back that turn data on next time you turn on your screen over 20 seconds, please search the rule.
