Disable lock screen
This is a working solution for those looking to disable their lock screen when they get home. Some other lockscreen rules don't seem to trigger correctly when the screen is off. This rule will trigger when you're connected to your home wi-fi AND when the screen is on, with a 10 second action delay to give the device enough time to establish a connection. You will need to use this along with two more separate rules, one to connect to a particular wi-fi network when within location range, and another to enable the lockscreen when you leave this location. This combination works reliably for me on my GS3 i9300 running CM10.1 nightlies.
