Rings at 100% for one contact when in silent mode. It is set to unknown contact as default, choose your contact. If you want it for multiple contacts, just recreate the rule as many times as you want. Also Download ( " Important call rings when in silent mode part 2 ) to set phone back to silent mode when ending call with contact.
