Car bluetooth energy saver. Bluetooth turns on for the 1st time when you receive a call and you are moving (Inside a car for example). Then it stays ON if bluetooth is finally asociated with your cars bluetooth AND its connected to AC power. Otherwise it turns off again after the call ended.
