Show game start notification for World Cup
I love the World Cup and want to keep track of when the matches are being played so that I can watch them. There are a ton of apps out there that can do this, but they often provide spoilers to the matches. This rule simply informs you when a match starts. No scoring information, no half time updates, no cards or penalties. It's basically an alarm clock to tell you when to turn on the TV if you are interested in watching a certain match. Enjoy!
