Switch off Rotate if too dark to see eyes for smart Rotate
This is used for the times when your using your phone at night, and your led in bed with the light off. You roll on your side and your phone can't see your eyes so rotates (smart Rotate doesn't work because it can't see your eyes). In this case you want to turn auto Rotate off
