Use this when browsing Google Play. When doing so, Mobile Data is switched off (if previously on) and WiFi switched on, thereby avoiding unnecessary mobile data usage - particularly when installing or updating apps.

Android hierarchy is if WiFi and data are enabled, WiFi takes precedence. Might be helpful to just enable WiFi when app launched
