定时启动飞行模式（除开通话）
已修复的规则:双卡手机用重力工作箱锁定4G有时失效、 WIFI有时也显示连接但实际无法用、 定时启用飞行模式可以复位、 通话中是不会触发的。 再配合另一条飞行模式自动禁用飞行模式的规则就能达到目的 fixed:Dual SIM phone use gravity box lock 4G sometimes fail to work, WIFI sometimes can not work when show connected, this can reset by on and off fly mode(calling will not be triggered). Together with another rule -- fly mode automatically disabled will be able to achieve the purpose
