Bluetooth off when device disconnected
This rule triggers every time you disconnect a device: with a delay it shuts down bluetooth. If another device connects, its execution is cancelled and the bluetooth adapter is not shut down. I think that it is weak when using more bt devices at once... it triggers whenever one is disconnected even if the other is still connected. I found no way to understand when the last device disconnects, anyway because of the delayed execution you have an opportunity to cancel its effects in these situations.
