Music apps on = wifi on

This rule turns off the screen off=wifi off rule and makes sure wifi is on when any music application that needs wifi is active. Two things to note. First, you may need to force close a music app if it is persist to get a screen off rule to function. Second, you will need to change the apps and rule names to what is on your device.
