Enable the lock screen is important in case I lost my phone. When I am at home, I do not want to enter my PIN every time I want to use my phone. I create this rule to disable screen when my phone is connected to my home WiFi. You need to install the companion rule "Away form home WiFi" to enable the screen when I am not connected to my home WiFi.
