To locate phone,text myself from another phone to set volume to max in case it is on silent, then call myself.

Sleep time

Turn off data and wifi at night so I don't get woken up by overnight emails/chats. Used with a rule that does the opposite in the morning.

3.1 Wake up when screen on

Instead of running the wake up routine at a set time, run it when alarm goes off. Perfect if you don't have the same wake up time everyday.
