when apps in the list are launched net connection is checked and connected accordingly (if wifi is there it wont connect by 3g or 2g ) time out is changed so screen doesnt lock .PS YOU CHANGE APP DONT FORGET TO DOWNLOAD APP OFF DATA OFF they both work together .
