This is a rule that starts your music player, Plays a sound, and sets all volumes on your device but your in call volume, to low- when you plug your headset in. Apparently, this rule doesn't cooperate with bluetooth headsets.

This rule can be used when you set an alarm and want to silence it, or you want to silence a call. Notice, this is long turm unless you turn the sound\volume on or up.
