1D Data Off After Apps Update

This goes along with my other 1D rule. this turns the data off after a minute to allow updates but not run data constantly, saving a ton of battery.

1D Data On To Update Apps for 1 Minute

This rule will turn data on for a minute every four hours to allow my weather widget and anything needing data to run/go/update. This only runs 9am to 9pm. Needs rule also starting with 1D to turn data back off a minute after it starts.
