Low power -> quick charge

Did you know your phone will charge faster while in airplane mode? This rule turns on airplane mode and turns off WiFi/data when you plug it in and the battery is below 40%. Great for a quick boost when you are about to take a shower or you are otherwise not going to be using your phone.
