[ROOT only] This rule makes your device perform a clean reboot. When executing the "reboot" shell command, the device reboots without any warning, giving apps no chance to save their data. This rule creates a 'broadcast' telling other apps about the 'intent' to perform a shutdown 'action'. Then waits for 5 seconds giving other apps time to finish their work and reboots the device.
