Maps or Waze on -> Enable GPS

Switch GPS on when opening Maps or Waze

Maps or Waze off -> Disable GPS

Switch GPS off when closing Maps or Waze. Cancel if any of the two are re-opened within two minutes, so GPS signal is not lost if you just quickly switch between apps (to read an incoming text for instance)
