Enable sync when mobile data disabled

When mobile data is safely disabled, the only possible data transfer is via WiFi, for which I do not pay and which has higher bandwidth than mobile data, thus it is safe to re-enable background syncing.

Disable screen lock in cars

When in a car, the phone is usually being used as an MP3 player. If the screen locks and I want to skip to the next track or something, I have to unlock the device, which is a dangerous distraction from driving.

Disable sync over mobile data

I enable mobile data only temporarily, when I need internet access and no WiFi is available. When I do so, this rule prevents background syncing from interfering with whatever internet access I am attempting.

Activate airplane mode in cars

Prevent mobile transmissions from causing ugly interference noises when in a car and using the phone as an MP3 player. Secondarily, prevent people from contacting me while driving, as that could distract me and cause an accident.

Enable screen lock one commute time after entering cars

Re-enable screen lock when I am likely to no longer be in a car using the phone as an MP3 player. A better trigger would be the edge state transition from in-car to not-in-car, but I don't see a way to do this - hint, hint :-P
