Wi-Fi disconnected - Bluetooth On

I got a Bluetooth headset for my car, when I leave home I disconnect from my Wi-Fi and it turns on my Bluetooth for my headset

Wi-Fi connected - Bluetooth Off

I got a Bluetooth headset for in the car, don't need Bluetooth at home, so when I get home and my phone connects to my Wi-Fi it turns of my Bluetooth.
