Close messaging - data off

Compliments my other rule. Disables data when you exit your text messaging app and are connected to wifi (to save battery).

Open messaging - data on

If you have your data disabled when you are connected to wifi, this will allow you to receive picture messages by enabling data when you open your text messaging app.
