I created this when I wanted to be notified when a specific person snapchatted me. I also create two other rules to only enable it when my Bluetooth headset is connected, but that's just my preference.

When I listen to music with my Motorola Roadster it for annoying to have to turn the sound up every time, this solves the problem.
