I mainly use it at night when I do not want email or other sounds to wake me up. Can be used in meetings or at any occasion when you want some peace and quiet. Triggered by putting the phone face down. This rule goes along with "Pick up phone - back to normal mode".

Pick phone up - back to normal mode (not triggered when at work)

Rule meant to wake phone up after "face down means do not disturb" rule has been run. Pick the phone up and turn screen on to enable sounds and data. My rule excludes work location so that I don't trigger sounds when in the office.
