Call Trigger - Auto SMS When Sound Off

When your phone is on silent and you get a call, it sends the caller an SMS with instructions to SMS you "sound on" and call again if the call is urgent. Use this with another rule with SMS trigger "sound on" that ... you guessed it - turns the sound on =)
