Car off (stop all)

When you need stop all car apps you just need to exit waze and this rule stops videoreg and turn off gprs

Car on (waze + videoreg)

This rule starts videoregistrator, turn on gprs and starts waze. You may need another rule for turn off all apps (Car off)
