These are both excellent apps, though there are more intense circuit trainers out there. Another "launch second app when exiting the first rule". I prefer yoga after tabatta because yoga makes me lazy.

Headphones away from home triggers pandora

This rule launches Pandora when headphones are plugged in, given that I am away from home (where I might be watching Netflix or YouTube). There are issues, though with galaxy s3 randomly launching it on accident... maybe I have dirt in the socket?
