Tornado warning

We get tornados here in the Midwest, but when it's storming, it's sometimes hard to hear the siren where I live. I signed up to get text alerts from the Weather Channel and because my phone is set to be quieter at night, this rule will turn the volume back up and say "tornado warning" to alert me when that text comes.
