End camera decrease brightness

This goes along with my other rule the turns up the brightness when using the camera. This brings the brightness back down to 25% when the camera app is closed.

Camera start increase brightness

I take a lot of photos and I keep the brightness down on my phone to save battery. This allows you to see the photos better by turning up the brightness.
