This rule will silence your phone when you're connected to any one of multiple WiFi networks. I use it at my doctors office.

Afternoon Medicine

This is a simple time triggered rule the reminds me (via a text to speech message) to take my medicine at set intervals. You can easily change the message and time it runs and add actions to turn on or up device volume as needed.
