This goes with my 'Remote Hotspot On' rule and replies to a request letting them know they're out of luck if you're connected to WiFi (and suggesting they should connect there instead)

This allows someone to send you a text to turn on your hotspot, however it will only do so if you're not already connected to WiFi (cause that'd be silly), it also replies to them with the PW (optional) and speaks out loud telling you what happened and who requested it so you don't waste batteries
