Not in car - Bluetooth off hotshot off

Disable Bluetooth & WiFi hotspot (not wifi) when no longer in car. Auto disconnects both adapters from car stereo.

In Car - Bluetooth on hotshot on

In car detection, turn on Bluetooth & hotspot. Allows android car stereo to use phone hands free and update maps over hotspot. (if phone is paired with both adapters)
