Wifi connected screen brightness

When connected to any wifi network the screen is set to the lowest brightness to save on power. It assumes wifi is indoors. This is better than the auto setting of screen brightness.

Car Dock

When docked in car triggers a few rules that help when driving. Bluetooth, sound, gps. Disables Wifi as it's not needed.
