Battery low and disconnected = no sync

Sync updates Google accounts, apps etc. This takes a lot of battery so if your out and you don't want sync killing your battery, use this.

Charging = sync on

Sync updates your apps and Google accounts and takes battery so it should be on when your charging.

Batter low = less brightness

Whenever your battery is less than 20 percent, your brightness decreases too
