Kill Pandora, set screen timeout to 15% and media volume to 25%

I use this rule after I'm done using Pandora.

Start Pandora, set media volume to 50% and screen timeout to 30 seconds

I use this rule when I'm reading or jogging. Or anytime I want to listen to music.
