Conserve power when battery level is low/ kill unused settings.

Helpful app went phone is about to die. Consume battery by killing setting you don't need. Ex:Gps(useless unless mapping) , 3g( set your phone to only make calls, automatically pausing down apps running on background with out having to kill them till you charge your phone again.
