Turn on sound after work hours (6PM) during weekdays

on power disconnected-decrease screen timeout

When charger is plugged off, the screen timeout is reduced to 30s.. coupled with another rule "On Charge - increase screen timeout"

During office hours - ring using vibration

turn off sound during work hours.. weekdays 10 to 6 PM. (Use another rule to turn on sound after 6 PM)

On charge - increase screen timeout

When plugged in for charging, the screen need not time out frequently, enabling us to view lot of content without screen timeouts, also use rule "On disconnect, decrease screen timeout"
