WiFi on at home
I have two networks ar home. The rule is designed to have very low misses; that is: I want to be sure that my wifi turns on at home, even if that means that sometimes it may turn on while simply in the neighborhood. This is done to serve as support to a companion rule which turns off mobile data. Together, they were the solution for survival with my limited data plan.
